P&O Ferrymasters extends deal with Tate & Lyle
European logistics provider, P&O Ferrymasters, has extended its contract for further three-year contract with Tate & Lyle, a provider of ingredients and solutions to the food, beverage and other industries.
The company said that the latest deal will run until the end of 2014 and cover approximately 1800 FTL and LTL shipments a year from The Netherlands and Germany to destinations across Europe.
Tate & Lyle operates from over 30 production facilities around the world through two global business units, Speciality Food Ingredients and Bulk Ingredients, supported by Innovation and Commercial Development.
P&O Ferrymasters general manager of sales and development said this is an important long-term renewal that rewards ongoing performance and consolidates the company's position as one of Tate & Lyle's key logistics providers.
